As part of our continued dedication to improving our service, we conduct regular surveys of our professional partners. While we also meet regularly one-on-one with our partners, conducting a complete survey allows us to get a strong overview of how our service is being used, as well as potential areas for improvement.
We’ve just published the results of our most recent partner survey, which you can read and download here. Some of the key takeaways were:
- 100% of our partners answered ‘yes’ when asked if they would recommend us to a colleague or another business in their industry
- 100% of respondents said our service was easy for them to use, with more than 95% saying it was ‘very easy’.
- More than 95% of those surveyed also said they already refer all or most of their clients to us.
- User satisfaction was very high, with 0% of our partners saying they had had a negative experience using our service in the last year.
What’s next?
Despite the overwhelmingly positive response to the survey, we identified a few areas where we could improve our service even more. We’ve had a great response to the improvements we made to our referral process last year, and we’re aiming to make similar improvements that will make referring every client an easy yes for all of our partners.
We’re also keen to keep getting as much feedback as possible, which is why we’re increasing the frequency of our surveys to twice a year, with our next one conducted at the end of Q4 2024. Through this, we’ll be able to see the results of our changes more quickly and adapt based on the response.
