More about Owen
After graduating from a high-achieving, traditional grammar school in England, Owen decided he would forge a path of his own and put his passion and talent in use somewhere he would feel purposeful. Having joined the company at its very early stage, Owen was “thrown at the deep end” and immediately took on huge responsibilities involving day-to-day clients-facing duties and sales management. With the broad range of skills acquired along his journey in Please Connect Me, he now manages a team of 7 and continues to help UK movers stay connected.
Owen refers to himself as “most likely the only man in the country who can’t ride a bicycle”.
“I love guiding people through the tangled web of the UK utility industry and helping them save money and time. The fact that everyone in the company is really friendly is also a nice bonus!”
More about Erin
With her extensive customer service experience in both speciality retail and hospitality sectors, Erin played a huge part in delivering our 4G/5G routers campaigns during the first lockdown in 2020 and helped hundreds of households stay connected while moving amidst the chaos.
Erin undertook her English Literature degree and worked as a Dungeons & Dragons coach before joining Please Connect Me.

With her compassionate nature, passion and experience in customer service, Journalism graduate Natalie has received countless 5* reviews over the past year. Often described by customers as “extremely professional” and “patient to assist”, she also has a reputation of having lightning-speed email response times.
Natalie has been scuba diving since the age of 9, and has done over 150 dives.

Since joining Please Connect Me in 2019, Sharifah has earned us many outstanding reviews with her impeccable customer service, lovable personality and willingness to always go the extra mile to get customers connected.
